Jehovah or Yahweh?

Hello all,

Did you know that you can read the 2001 Translation using either “Jehovah” or “Yahweh” as its spelling of the Divine Name?

You can even use “Yeshua” or “Isoah” instead of Jesus, if you like.

Just go to the Text Preferences area and choose what you prefer to see: https://2001translation.org/read/preferences

You can even download two different versions of our Bible for e-readers and Amazon Kindle. One uses “Jehovah” and “Jesus,” while the other uses “Yahweh” and “Yeshua.” https://2001translation.org/download

This is one of the great advantages of having an online Bible - we can add options that just aren’t possible in print (although having a print version one day would be nice too).

Remember, we have some great resources on the Divine Name, including facts that nobody else talks about!

Did you know? The ancient Jews may have restored the Divine Name incorrectly in 112 places in the Jewish books (the “Old Testament”)? https://2001translation.org/about/divine-name-unreliable

Did you know? A common “euphemism” for the Divine Name appears over 100 times in the Christian books (the “New Testament”)? https://2001translation.org/about/divine-name-in-new-testament

There is lots to learn about this fascinating subject.

Warm regards,
